CVCMOAA
Chattahoochee Valley Chapter Military Officers Association of America
The CVCMOAA services the local Columbus, Fort Benning and Phenix City area. The Chapter provides a link between active-duty, reserve, and retired officers and their families, and the community through: social activities, support of community events, liaison with community political leaders, and support of a strong US military. Also, the Chapter supports actions that promote fairness in the treatment of active, reserve, and retirees while recognizing the tremendous sacrifices they have made for the nation. It is recognized that fair treatment of all soldiers will be a valuable recruiting tool to entice quality individuals to volunteer and serve.
The Chapter meets monthly on the second Tuesday of the month at 1745 hours at the VFW located on Victory Drive directly across from Dolly Madison. All members and non-members are invited.
We also publish a monthly newsletter, "The Trumpet", where there is information about local events, important national news effecting the retired and active military community, and other news important to our membership.
